IT Nirman started with a familiar frustration: managing freelance and agency work through a patchwork of spreadsheets, sticky notes, and half-remembered email threads. Every "big" CRM on the market solved the problem by adding more complexity — sales territories, approval workflows, features built for teams of fifty when the actual team was three people and a laptop. So we built something narrower on purpose. IT Nirman focuses on the handful of things a freelancer or small agency genuinely needs — a clear pipeline, client history that doesn't disappear into an inbox, and invoicing that doesn't require re-typing the same client details twice. The name reflects that intent: Nirman means "construction" or "building" — good software should feel like solid groundwork for a business, not another thing competing for your attention.
