What is IT Nirman?
A software company that makes WordPress plugins for marketing and management: ItNirman SEO for search visibility and ItNirman CRM for leads, clients, invoices and reports.
Where is my data stored?
In your own WordPress database, on your own hosting. IT Nirman does not hold a copy of your content, clients or settings.
What do the plugins send to IT Nirman?
Only the licence check, about once a day: your licence key, your site address, and the plugin, WordPress and PHP versions. No content, customer, finance or visitor data is ever included.
Do I need both plugins?
No. Each works on its own. The bundle is simply one order for both.

How are the plugins licensed?
Annually, per plugin. Single covers one live site and Business covers five. Every feature is included in both plans.
How do I pay?
By bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. You place the order, pay, and enter the transaction ID. Your key is emailed once the payment is confirmed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of the day we email your licence key and we refund the full amount to the same payment method. Renewals are not refundable once the new term starts, but a duplicate or mistaken charge is. See the refund policy.
Do staging sites use up my licence?
No. localhost and addresses ending in .local or .test never use a site slot.
What happens if I do not renew?
The plugin pauses until you renew. Nothing is deleted, and export or backup stays available.
What if your licence server is down?
Your plugin keeps working normally for seven days while it retries, so an outage on our side does not break your site.

Can I move from another SEO plugin?
Yes. The importer brings titles, descriptions, focus keywords and social overrides from Yoast SEO or Rank Math, and a warning shows while another SEO plugin is still active.
Does ItNirman SEO support WooCommerce?
Yes. It adds richer product schema, including variable prices, brand, stock and ratings. It also supports Easy Digital Downloads.
What does it do for AI search?
It publishes llms.txt, lets you allow or block more than 50 AI crawlers per company and purpose, shows which AI crawlers actually read your pages, and checks each post for answer-engine readiness.
Does it track my visitors?
No. There is no telemetry. The AI Reach Tracker records only the name of the AI crawler that read a page; it never stores IP addresses or visitor user-agents.

Who is ItNirman CRM for?
Freelancers, SEO and digital agencies, and small service businesses that quote, deliver monthly work, report to clients and send invoices.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Not at present. It is not the right choice if store orders are the centre of your customer data.
Do clients need a login?
No. Each client has a private portal link for reports, invoices, quotes, files and requests.
Which payment methods are supported?
Stripe and SSLCommerz online, plus bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer checked by transaction ID. The same ID can never be used twice.
Is it available in Bangla?
Yes. The whole CRM can be switched between English and Bangla in Settings.
