This policy explains what personal information IT Nirman collects when you use itnirman.com, order a licence or contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 21 October 2026.
What does IT Nirman know about me?
Only what you give us when you contact us, place an order or sign in to your account, plus the licence record created when you activate a plugin. We use it to answer you, take payment, issue and support your licence, and keep our accounts. We do not sell personal information.
The ItNirman SEO and ItNirman CRM plugins keep your own site data on your own site. They send us nothing except the licence check described below.

Information We Collect and Why
When you contact us
The contact form, email and WhatsApp give us your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to help with your question.
When you place an order
The order form asks for your name, email address, the website you will use the plugin on, the payment method, your payment transaction ID, an optional discount code and an optional note. We use this to confirm your payment, issue your licence key, send you receipts and renewal reminders, and keep accounting records.
When you sign in to your account
You sign in with the email address you ordered with and a one-time link we send you. A small sign-in cookie keeps you signed in on your browser until it expires or you sign out. The account page shows your licences, the websites they are active on and your orders.
When a plugin checks its licence
When you activate a licence, and about once a day after that, the plugin sends your licence key, your site address, and the plugin, WordPress and PHP versions to itnirman.com. We store the key, the site address, the versions and the time of the check so we can tell whether a licence is valid, which site it is on, and whether an update is available. Nothing else is sent. When you visit this website
Like any web server, ours may keep ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. The site stores your light or dark display choice and whether you closed a notice in your own browser; this stays on your device.
How Payment Information Is Handled
Payments are made by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer, outside this website. We never ask for card numbers, wallet PINs or bank passwords, and this website does not process card payments. We receive the transaction ID, the amount, the payment method and the name or number the payment came from, so we can match it to your order. Each payment provider handles your payment under its own privacy policy.
Your Data Inside ItNirman SEO and ItNirman CRM
The plugins run on your website, and the data you put in them, such as clients, invoices, messages, analytics and content, is stored in your own WordPress database. IT Nirman does not receive or hold a copy of it, and the plugins contain no telemetry. If you connect a service yourself, for example Google Search Console, an email provider or a payment gateway, data goes to that service under your own account and its own privacy policy. This page lists each one and when it is contacted.
If you collect personal information from your own visitors or clients with these plugins, you are responsible for how you use it and for your own privacy notice.
How Long We Keep It, and Your Rights
Retention
We keep order, payment and licence records while you hold a licence and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Contact messages are kept as long as they are useful for helping you. Records that no longer have a purpose are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete information we no longer need a reason to keep; or
- stop sending you messages that are not required for your licence.
Write to itnirman24@gmail.com from the email address you ordered with, and we will answer. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep records we are legally required to keep.
Security
Access to licence and order records is limited to the people who need it, sign-in links are single-use, and licence responses are digitally signed. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach affecting you we will tell you.
Children
Our products are for businesses and are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects your licence, tell you by email. Questions about it are always welcome.
