Annual licence
Each licence lasts one year from the day it is issued and covers updates and support for that year. There are no monthly plans. Renewal is at the price listed on this page when you renew.
If a licence lapses
The plugin pauses and shows its Licence screen. Nothing is deleted. Your data stays in your own database and export stays available. Renew and it carries on where it stopped.
14-day refund
If the plugin is not right for you, ask within 14 days of the day we email your key and we refund the full amount to the same payment method. Read the refund policy for the details, including renewals.
How you pay
By bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. You place the order, pay, and enter the transaction ID. A person checks each payment and emails your key, usually within a few hours during business hours.
One key, one site
A key is tied to one website by its address. Localhost, .local and .test addresses never use a slot. Moving a licence to a new domain is free; ask from your account.

What is the difference between Single and Business?
Only the number of live sites. Single covers one site; Business covers up to five. Every feature is included in both.
Is there a discount for buying both plugins?
Yes. The bundle is cheaper than two separate licences: $130 for Single instead of $59 plus $89, and $239 for Business instead of $119 plus $179. You get two keys, one for each plugin.
How much do I save with the bundle?
On Single you save $18 (12%). On Business you save $59 (20%). Compared with buying the two plugins separately, in both cases you also get two keys, one for each plugin.
Can I buy one plugin now and the other later?
Yes. Each plugin has its own licence and its own key, so you can buy them at different times. The bundle price applies when you order both together.
What does a renewal cost?
A renewal is charged at the price listed on this page when you renew. You can renew from your account, or let the licence lapse; nothing is deleted if you do.
Is there a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of the day we email your key and we refund the full amount to the same payment method. See the refund policy.
Do client sites count towards the Business limit?
Every live website the key is activated on counts as one of the five, whether it is yours or a client's. Local, .local and .test addresses never count.
Is there a free version?
No. Both plugins need an active licence. In return, every licence includes the whole plugin with no add-ons or upsells.
How do I pay?
By bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. Place the order, pay the amount shown, and enter the transaction ID. We check it and email your key.
Do staging and local sites count towards my limit?
No. Addresses such as localhost, .local and .test do not use a site slot, so you can build and test as much as you like.
Can I move my licence to a new domain?
Yes. Request a domain change from your account page. We free the old slot and your key stays the same.
What happens when a licence expires?
The plugin pauses until you renew and shows its licence screen. Nothing is deleted and export stays available. Renew, and it carries on exactly where it stopped.
Does the plugin need to contact your server?
Yes, once a day, to confirm the licence. It sends only the key, your site address and the plugin, WordPress and PHP versions. If our server cannot be reached, the plugin keeps working for seven days.
Where can I see my licences and receipts?
On the My Account page. Sign in with the email you ordered with to see your keys, sites, renewals and printable receipts.
