Terms of Use and Licence Terms
These terms cover your use of itnirman.com and the licence you buy for ItNirman SEO and ItNirman CRM. They are written to be read. Last updated 21 October 2026.
What do I get when I buy a licence?
A one-year right to run one plugin on the number of websites your plan allows, to receive updates while the licence is active, and to ask us for support. One licence key activates one website. If a licence is not renewed, the plugin pauses, but your data is never deleted and you can still export it.

What Your Licence Covers
Plans
Each plugin is licensed separately. A Single licence covers one live website and a Business licence covers up to five. Every feature of the plugin is included in both plans; the plans differ only in the number of websites. The bundle is one order for both plugins and gives you two keys, one for each.
One key, one website
A licence key is activated on a website by its address. Addresses such as localhost and any ending in .local or .test are treated as development copies and never use a site slot, so you can build and test freely.
Term
A licence lasts one year from the day it is issued and covers updates, activation and support for that year. You can renew from your account before or after it ends.
What you receive
You receive the right to use the plugin as described here. You do not receive ownership of the software. The licence notice shipped inside each plugin applies to the code itself; these terms govern purchase, activation, updates and support.
Activation, Domains and the Daily Check
Plugins activate online. On activation, and about once a day afterwards, the plugin confirms its licence with itnirman.com by sending the licence key, the site address and the plugin, WordPress and PHP versions, and receives a digitally signed answer. If our server cannot be reached the plugin keeps working normally for seven days while it retries.
If you move a website to a new domain, ask us from your account or by email and we will move the licence; this is free. You may not share a key between websites beyond what your plan allows, and you may not remove, bypass or tamper with the licence check.
If a Licence Is Not Renewed
When a licence expires, the plugin pauses and shows its Licence screen until you renew. Nothing is deleted. Your data stays in your own database, ItNirman SEO keeps its export available, and ItNirman CRM keeps a full backup download available, so you can always take your information with you. Updates and support resume when you renew.
Ordering and Payment
You place an order on the website, pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer as shown on the order page, and enter the transaction ID. We check the payment and email your licence key, usually within a few hours during business hours. A licence is issued only after payment is confirmed. Refunds are covered in the refund policy below. Prices are those shown on the pricing page when you order; a discount code applies only to the order it is entered on. If you have a question about a payment, write to us with your order number and we will look into it.
14-Day Refund Policy
Your first purchase
If the plugin is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the day we email your licence key. You do not need a special reason, though we would like to hear what went wrong so we can fix it. A bundle order is refunded as a whole.
How to ask
Write to us from your account or by email with your order number. We reply within a few business days and send the money back by the same method you paid with (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer), usually within seven business days of approving it. We refund the full amount you paid.
What happens to the licence
When a refund is approved, the licence key is closed and the plugin pauses on your website. Your data stays in your own database and you can still export it.
Renewals and later requests
Renewals are not refundable once the new term has started, because you have already received the licence for that year. You can renew or let a licence lapse at any time. If you are charged twice for the same order, or a renewal is charged by mistake, tell us and we will refund the extra payment in full.
What we do not refund
We may decline a refund if a licence key was shared or used on more websites than the plan allows, if the licence check was bypassed, or if the request comes after the 14 days. Nothing here limits any rights the law of your country gives you.
Updates and Support
Support is included with an active licence and covers installing and activating the plugins, using their features, licence questions and bugs in the plugins. It does not cover custom development, general WordPress maintenance, or problems caused by other plugins, themes or hosting. We aim to reply promptly but do not promise a fixed response time. Updates are released when they are ready and are signed; install them when it suits you. Read Support for how to reach us.
What You Agree Not to Do
- Resell, share or publish licence keys, or use one key on more websites than your plan allows.
- Remove, disable or bypass the licence check, or copy the plugins to distribute them as your own.
- Use the plugins or this website to break the law, infringe others' rights, or send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
- Attack, overload or probe this website or the licensing service for weaknesses. If you find a security problem, please tell us privately.
If these terms are broken, we may suspend the licence. We will tell you why and, where it is reasonable, give you the chance to put it right first.
Warranty, Liability and Your Data
We build the plugins with care and test them, but software can contain errors, and websites differ. The plugins and this website are provided "as is", without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free or fit every purpose. You are responsible for keeping backups of your website. To the extent the law allows, IT Nirman is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost data or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The data you store with the plugins is yours and stays on your site. How we handle personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms. A change applies to purchases and renewals made after the date at the top; if it materially affects a licence you already hold, we will tell you by email first. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction, unless the law of your own country gives you rights that cannot be waived. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
